Loney Antony (Loney) is the Managing Director of Prizm Payments and brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to co-founding Prizm Payments, Loney was the Managing Director of Euronet Worldwide Services India Pvt. Ltd. (Euronet India), a 100% owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide which he started 6 years ago. He grew Euronet India to the largest company providing outsourced ATM services as well as developed the largest multi-lateral ATM shared network called Cashnet. Prior to Euronet India, Loney was the Managing Director of NCR, India, one of the world's leading ATM manufacturers and he grew the business from a humble base of 100 ATMs to almost 7,000 ATMs. Prior to his role in NCR, Loney also held senior positions in DEC India, ABB, and Price Waterhouse. By training, Loney is a Chartered Accountant.

Shyam Sunder (Shyam) is the Chief Operating Officer of Prizm Payments. Prior to co-founding Prizm Payments, Shyam was the Regional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Euronet Asia Pacific and along with Loney Antony co-founded the Euronet India business. A Chartered Accountant by background, prior to Euronet India, Shyam brings over 18 years of experience and held regional finance responsibilities with NCR Asia Pacific for over 5 years. Shyam was also based in Jakarta where he was the Vice President of Finance for the Sinarmas Group in Indonesia and prior to that he worked with Citibank, India.

Srinivas Rao (Srini) is the Director of Sales for Prizm Payments and is responsible for sales across all business units. Prior to co-founding Prizm Payments, Srini was responsible for sales in Euronet India and grew the revenue to almost 150 crores. Euronet India boasts 14 banks in ATM outsourcing and 11 banks in Cashnet all due to the sterling efforts of Srini and his leadership in Sales. Prior to Euronet India, Srini was also responsible for Sales in NCR India and prior to that was also responsible for Sales in PSI Bull. Over 16 years of experience, Srini is an Engineer by education.

Raghu Nathan (Raghu) is responsible for Service Delivery for Prizm Payments. Prior to co-founding Prizm Payments, Raghu co-founded IMAS and built a pioneering business in India for 3rd party maintenance services. Today IMAS provides services to 15 banks and 3,500 devices and is the platform into which Sequoia Capital has invested to form Prizm Payments. Prior to Prizm Payments, Raghu held senior positions in Services and Sales departments of NCR India and was also responsible to set up the NCR 's manufacturing facility in Pondicherry in record time. Prior to NCR, Raghu has held senior positions in ABB, CDAC (Department of Electronics, Govt. of India ) and DEC India.

Dilip Asbe is the Chief Technology Officer of Prizm Payments. Prior to joining Prizm Payments, Dilip was Regional Director of Technology for Euronet Asia Pacific as well as the Head of Global Development - India Centre which provided development services to Euronet Worldwide. Dilip designed, managed, implemented and supported technology solutions for the financial services clients of Euronet India in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to Euronet India, Dilip was a technology consultant and was based in India and the USA designing and developing technology solutions in EFT and OLTP. Dilip has over 12 years of experience and is an Engineering graduate from Mumbai University.
