Field Services
Once in the field‚ the POS terminal should operate error free since it facilitates the prompt exchange of goods and monetary value. Prizm trained technicians are responsible for Field Operations that include:
Installation of the Terminal at the Merchant Establishment
Testing and first time usage
Training the merchant to the use of the terminal (e.g. loading consumables and the use of the Call Me button)
Responsible for any in-store merchandizing and marketing
Explain the Escalation Matrix
Obtain sign–offs
Prizm badged employees provide high–touch customer service
Knowledgeable staff provide reliable training for on–going usage of the POS services
