Exposing your credit card overseas is risky and hence the option available could be a Travel Card. A Travel card is a prepaid foreign currency denominated card that is branded either VISA or Mastercard so that you can utilize overseas networks for cash or purchases.
With an easy web-based interface with SMS alerts will ensure easy top up capability from several banks when overseas. You can also set the mode of top up before you go overseas so that you will be sure not to run out of cash when you are overseas.
